3 may 2013, tap at the Bruery. Molasses black. Nose is amazing! Fruitcake, walnuts, cinnamon, nutmeg. Med/full body, syrupy, faintly fizzy. Tastes of the best fruitcake in the world, nuts, cinnamon, golden syrup, alcohol. This is the best beer Iíve ever had! I canít believe this is a summer release and not a Christmas release.

Flat black pour with no head. Rich cinnamon, lots of dark fruit, bourbon, vanilla, and some light chile pepper. Slight earthiness, a hint of coffee, oak, roast, and chocolate. The flavor is much sweeter than expected. Huge vanilla, alcohol, bourbon, and chocolate flavors. Dark fruit, nice cinnamon, and a touch of earth and spice from the peppers. Quite nice.
