Bottle pour at Sucréversary. Brown with some mahogany tint. Cloudy. Sour red berries. Some cocoa malts compliment the fruity sweetness, but are not equal. Tratness goes all through the finish and out the other side. Rather pleasant.

Pour on tap at the brewery, described as a chocolate covered raspberry. Dark black pour with thin off white head, aroma has big notes of milk and dark chocolates, some vinegar, oak, hints of toffee, lots of sour berry and raspberry definitely comes through. Taste is a nice big mix of milk chocolate and raspberry, gets nice and tart with some red wine vinegar, hints of oak, finishing slightly tart, sweet.
