25.4 oz bottle. Cloudy yellow brown with an active white head. Nose is super fragrant lemon zest, creamy wheat, coriander and candied ginger with a touch of lavender. Very fizzy but more like a champagne than a soda. Crisp and dry with light oaty softness after the carb subsides. Taste closely follows the nose finishing with floral and herbal notes.

750ml bottle-pours a foamy/bubbly white head and cloudy straw yellow color with sediment. Aroma is yeast, citrus-tart lemon, perfumy, some oat, spice. Taste is initially blast of tart and effervescence followed by yeast, citrus-tart lemon, perfumy, some oat, spice, some champagne character included. Dry finish. Interesting. Thanks mfielden & jwc215 for sharing this.

Bottle shared by wolf. Thanks. Light orange in color, good head. Average aroma of corriander and orange. Taste was super wierd. SOAPY??? Medicinal, lots of carbonation. Light taste of orange/corriander. Overall a funkiness to it. Not to my liking but I am glad I had a chance to try it.

750, capped. Thanks, SuzyGreenberg! Murky bright gold with a towering, pillowy platinum blonde head. Cool funky green apple nose--highly pronounced and a bit unusual for the degree of funk it carries. Creamy medium body with woolly belgian carb. Sweet green apple, whipping cream, and plenty of spice on the mid-palate. Spicy dry finish. Very nice effort.

Bottle pours with a yellow - hazy hue that sits below a large off-white head that is mostly diminishing. Aroma is of pineapple, citrus, yeast, bread and lots of lavender. Flavor is of sweet honey, spices - starts sweet, but has a slightly bitter/spicy ending. The beer is light on the palate with very light carbonation. Not the best tasting beer, but definitely smells amazing!!

bottle thanks to Stefanje...what a generous trader. This one was a gusher, foamed all over the damn place. Pours a honey color with the mentioned huge white head. Aroma is quite interesting. Fruity, yeasty, spicy and hints of perfume. Flavor is really nice if you can get through the carbonation. This brewery seems to have a problem with getting their carbonation levels correct. Flavor is creamy, yeasty, and some declicious spiced show themselves as it warms. Very nice beer. Cheers!

Draft @ Beachwood BBQ. Pours a bright, effervescent, slightly pale honey-orange color; thin off-white head with a perimeter of small bubbles. Sharp pepper, sweet honey, and thick Belgian character in the aroma; plenty of floral spicing; solid, if a bit sweet and heavily spiced. Medium-to-full mouthfeel: full-on white pepper, spice, and sweet honey upfront; very dense, slightly heavy wit-style beer; a touch rough, almost like it’s trying too hard for the style to be successful. Medium finish: sweet honey, lingering floral notes, honey and pepper.
