Commercial Description:
Orchard White is our Belgian-style witbier. We brew it with unmalted flaked wheat, oats, malted barley, corriander, orange peel, and lavender. This is a thirst-quenching beer that will be a year-round offering.

Pours whitish on citrus orange. Beautiful aroma of wheat and citrus,ad spiciness, as in pepper and cinammon, and this was in the taste, along wit spice well integrated. Lovely drinkable. Only criticism:Powerful aggressive carbonation, would it ease if I left it a while - just too fresh?

On tap at the brewery during AHA rally. A light golden color, cloudy. Aroma is full of spice, coriander definitely in there. After it warmed up the malt balanced nicely with the fruitiness of the yeast and the spices. Clean, refreshing, and easy drinking. Great beer.

A lovely Belgian Wit. The lavender is noticeable and gives this beer incredible depth to both the aroma and flavor. Perfect for a summer day, just an incredible balance of fruit flavors and yeasty notes. Delectable.

750ml bottle. Pours a beautiful hazy yellow with a huge white head that falls off to a very nice lace. Aroma is of spice, orange, floral, malt. Flavor is crisp and very refreshing, spicy, orange, coriander, oats, grassy, hops. Spicy grassy bitter finish. This one fine beer, very enjoyable.

750ml bottle. Loads of spice and hops on the nose. Cut flowers, coriander, sweeter wheat. Earthy, grassy and herbal hops really balance out the insane amount of spice. Very unique. Pours a hazed gold with a bright white head. Like the other Bruery beers, the nose is quite pleasant, but the flavor entirely disappoints. Incredibly intense carbonation. Lots of coriander, lavender, noble hops. Bitter and rather intense for a wit. The carbonation really just strips any subtlety out of the beer. Chalky on the tongue with a spicy and slightly bitter finish. Thanks Joey!

In short: An moderately hoppy Belgian Blonde ale focussed on lavende. Barely a Witbier. Good.
How: Re-rate for a fresh 750ml bottle. (first rating on a bottle from Kegbear, thanks a lot Craig)
The look: Clear yellow-blonde body topped by a medium white head
In long: Strong nose with plenty of lavender, moderate noble hops presence, lemon, light spicy notes. Lots of biscuit and pale malts. Lemony meringue. A little too much lavender. Carbonation is a bit too aggressive. The beer fells spicy but unlike most Witbiers that use coriander and such the Orchard White’s spiciness comes from the spicy noble hops and/or a yeast byproduct. Big and bold like a 8% beer. A light chemical touch, like one those lemony Mr Clean cleaning product. Lots of grassy spicy hops with a medium bitterness. This is not a lemonade type of witbier. A very tasty beer, this is almost a sipper, and an intense witbier is about as rare as a skinny ratebeerian.

Bottle. Yellowish pour, somewhat light orange also; good amount of white head. Aroma is light citrus, straw, some sweet pale malt, light spicing. Starts citrusy, somewhat sweet but then earthy / bready and spiced. The palate is harsh and makes my gums sting; this has been the case with all the Bruery beers I have had so far.

Magnum via Stafanje the generous. This puppy has been staring me down from the corner of the fridge for a number of weeks. The gentlest of pours still produces a prolific and rocky head that settles slowly and fizzes out the spicey peppery nose. Spiceness continues into the light to med body. I didnt catch any lavender but the corriander and oats were unmistakable. This one lifted my spirits after achallenging day at work and a long pain in the ass drive. A hazy amber in the glass. Orange peel and hops balance the lighter malts into an easily quaffed brew. Hops re-emerge in finish for an even dry finish.
