Commercial Description:
Orchard White is our Belgian-style witbier. We brew it with unmalted flaked wheat, oats, malted barley, corriander, orange peel, and lavender. This is a thirst-quenching beer that will be a year-round offering.

750ml bottle. hazy white beer that makes a lot of noise and a very lively appearance. huge foamy white head. tangy aroma with lemon, white pepper, salt, lime. gingersnap cookies, tangy lemon, soapy lavender, pepper flavors. really high carbonation....annoyingly so. it almost hurts to drink. light and crisp.

Pours a very hazy pale yellow with a pillowy head. Nice aroma of mint which was most striking. Flavor is typical of a very high standard wit. Nice and zesty in the mouth with a very dry finish. Excellent wit.

750ml bottle @ Goodbar Beer Club. Hazy gold, white head. Nose is a huge spice bomb. Cardamom, corriander, yeast. Overwheling spices are offputting - like if you added a tablespoon of an intense spice to food when the recipe called for a teaspoon. Flavor is punch-you-in-the-face spice, light wheaty malt & yeast. The malt character is nice but that spice just kills it for me. Low carbonation.

From stefanje via trade. Poured a cloudy golden color with a robust white head that was borderline out of control. The aroma was faint spice and tart citrus with a bit of funk. The flavor was a blend of funk and pepper with some tart citrus and a current of dry wheat over the top of everything. Light in body and easy to drink. Subtlely seems to be the defining characteristic of this brewery.

Bottle thanks to Bigmmartin. Pours a light yellow color with a thick, fluffy white head. The aroma is sweet wheat, ginger, and yeast. Notes of corriander, oats, lemmon, and other spices stand out. On the palate it is light and highly carbonated. The flavor really brings out the sweetness of the beer and puts the ginger forward. This was a very unique beer to say the least. It is enjoyable, but not what I expected in a Witbier.

750 ml bottles...Impy provided by padrefan98, thanks Jon, the regular purchased at EZ Liquors. Both beers poured very similar looking with the Impy being just a shade darker.....both had huge bright white rocky heads that left nice lace and had some serious lasting power and the Impy was more of a darker orange/amber body while the regular was more of a yellow/brown body. Aroma on the regular was lots and lots of pepper white and black, spices, cloves and some band aid notes. The Impy had more of a sweetness about it with a hint of mint in front of lots of fruitiness especially apricott and peach followed by some pepper, clove, bubblegum and wheat. The palate was the same on both with a medium body and a good dose of carbonation. The flavor on the regular was wheat, grass, flowers, lavender upon warming (or upon reading about it that you psycosymatic sensory perseptions) and was just lighter and more delicate all around compared to the Impy. The Impy was actually sweeter and the pepper was far lighter then the aroma implied with additional notes of wheat, mint and earth. Both bottles were very different from each other and both actually very enjoyable.

Bottle pours cloudy light straw yellow color with white head. Aroma is an herbal bouquet. Its rather nice. Highly carbonated and tingly mouthfeel. Flavor is subtle belgian yeast spice, lemon, white pepper, a mixture of herbs, and finishes dry. This is a tasty offering and really nice brew.
