The Bruery Orchard White

Bottle from Paiste2002, thanks! Blonde, hazy. Citrusaroma, wheaty, with some flowery and lavender notes. Citrusflavor, thinnish with honey, wheat and lavender, more outspoken as in the aroma. Pleasant, but a bit too perfumed for me.

not big on belgians but this one was great. great color great sweet aroma and spicey flavor. amazing lacey body, looked like champagne

bottle poured a light golden color with a huge foamy white head and plenty of visible carbonation. aroma has sage, lavender, dried orange peel, and flowery yeast. mouth feel is light with frothy carbonation. flavor comes up with more flowery yeast, candied orange peel, sage, lavender, and some soft pepper. the high carbonation level pushes a lot of light flavors together nicely and there is a lot of interest to this one.

Pours hazy yellow / gold with a good sized white head. The aroma is powdery with spice, gentle wheat, minor orange and a crispness to everything. Medium body that has lots of carbonation that’s semi-sharp, but doesn’t interfere with the flavors. The beer starts with clean wheat, lightly tart citrus, minor spice and honeydew. There is a fullness to the flavor more than most wits. There is also a smoothness and richness that may be from the oats used. The finish is creamy for the style and has hints of chamomile and lavender. Great interpretation of the style.

Bottle. Pours hazy gold with a fluffy white head. Huge spicy aroma with some lemony hints. The flavor had a nice spiciness, as well as citric and floral notes. Quite refreshing.

Solid. Excellent example of the style. Citrus, a little funk, some rubber, some awesomeness on the nose. The flavor follows suit. Very tasty and refreshing. A little overly carbonated, but it’s also damn delicious.
