The poor results it lots of foamy head. A light beer that would be delicious on a hot summer day. I taste a lot of lemon, which seems to overpower the rest of the beer in my opinion, but still tasty. I’m glad I tried the beer, but the Bruery is expensive by the time it makes it to Indiana, so I’m not sure I’d buy it again.

A beer that never should’ve been retired, one of the most solid parts of the Bruery stable, the lavender really catapulted this to an excellent and unique witbier. I greatly preferred this to Saison Rue and the such.

Bottle. Pours out a clear yellow beer with a big soapy white head. Aroma of citrus, lavender and a slight yeasty funkiness. Flavor has dry sweetness with a short, light bitter dry finish. Lavender definitely shines trough in the flavor, very nice and interesting take on the style.

I really loved this white beer. floral and peaches in the nose, nicely balanced yeasts and a subtle hoppiness with the firmness of an unfiltered wheat/white.

75cl bottle. It pours a yellow hazy colour with a really huge white soapy foam. Aroma is mostly spicey with loads of lavender and coriander. Flavor is smooth and refreshing, with a big presence of orange peel, lavender and coriander. Smooth and quite overcarbonated. Nothing that a hard pour can’t solve. Overall, a nice beer but not a repeat buy for me.

750 ml bottle to pint. Looks solid; light and lively. A transparent light gold with LOTS of foamy white head. Smells semi-sweet and doughy with hints of orange. Tastes like it smells with notes of coriander and lavender. Good on the palate with a nice, dry finish. Pleasant.

Hazy pale gold beer, big white head. Light crispy palate, semi dry. Aromatic beer, seamlessly blended mild citrus, minty spice and floral sweetness. Finishes dry . Nice beer but perhaps better drunk on a summers day rather than a freezing cold night!

5 Oct 2012, bottle. faintly murky yellow, no bubbles. nose reminds me of a nice saki, slightly watery, faint vinegar. thin body and almost flat. tastes like flat, cold saki. not much here. this is an old bottling. it was green glass and it was a very low fill (top 1/4 of the bottle was empty).
