| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 27, 2009 Hazed light golden color with a lasting white head. This is certainly a brew that should be considered a relaxing sniff. Lots of lavender with hints of orange and coriander. Little bits of dough, but mostly a floral scent. Actually rather dry in the flavors. Spice and citrus lead the way. Quenching, yes, but in a near sour and spice kind of way. I seem to be missing a malt component. I could really use a bit of pale malt or wheat sweetness to balance the spice out. HonkeyBra (1332), Lemont, Illinois, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Nov 27, 2009 Hazy yellow pour with thick, fluffy white head. Strong coriander and spice aroma. Very strong "wit" aroma here. Flavor is quite overly spiced. but remains decently dry. Coriander, citrus, a definite Sour dough bread note. It’s alright, but the dude dug it, so I’ll give it a couple more points. MoDog (919), Griffith, Indiana, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Nov 22, 2009 750ml bottle served in a tulip. Pale golden pour with a decent haze and a thick head of slowly fading off-white foam. Slippery lacing. The aroma had light spice, dried orange peel, dusty yeast, and some sourdough. The flavor was strong lavender notes, coriander, oranges, and yeast. Subtle. Medium-bodied with a light amount of crisp carbonation. Decent enough. jcos (36), Maryland, USA

A nice Witbier...good color, decent armoa - the taste was too lavender for me. Better Witbiers available/ CelticBrew (694), The Crystal Coast, North Carolina, USA

The flavour was highlighted with lemons, a touch of hoppage as the grains and malt come to balance this tasty treat. Really enjoyed this one... Petrucci914 (582), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 20, 2009 Thanks for sharing, bro! Pours a straw color with a medium soapy head. Aroma is belgian spice, coriander, chamomile, and lavender. Taste is much the same, with some citrus, but way too much lavender. Juelze (901), Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 14/20 | Nov 20, 2009 Bottle. Pours a light yellow color with bits of yeast sediment floating around. Head is off white and very pillowing. Aroma is of intense orange peel, coriander, yeast, lemon zest, clove and light note of lavender. Taste upfront is coriander, orange peel, light lemon zest and after all those light and carefully played flavors comes the lavender messing it all up. A touch of lavender would probably work really nice here, but it’s too much and makes a refreshing beer a bit of a choke down. Also, the oats lend to a nice creamy mouthfeel, but again the lavender just adds this weird tang in the finish. Not feeling this one.
