Also known as The Bruery Portola Rossa
the first batch of beer made using equipment on our new 3 barrel pilot system. These beers – 5 of ‘em to be exact – are 6.7% ABV red ales blended individually with coffee chosen by Jeff Dugan of Portola Coffee and our brewing staff. The idea is that they are meant to showcase how one ingredient can either drastically or subtly change the flavor of a single ‘base’ beer.

This can be the result of a brewer distributing this beer under different names in different countries, or the brewer simply changing the name, but not the recipe at different points in time.
