Bottle shared by Joes @ ZZT VII. Hazy dark orange to reddish color, small off - white head. Don’t get a lot of aroma. Taste malts, some I get some alcohol, fizzy carbonation, some kind of fruits and some yeast. Hmm don’t really like it.

750ml bottle. DANG dogg the beer done came shootin’ right out the bottle! Crazy. After half of it ended up on the floor, I poured it into a Bruery tulip. Cloudy reddish color, foam taking up 3/4 of the cup. Nice Belgian yeast aroma with candied fruits, like a watered-down dubbel of sorts. Decent if weak flavor with sweet candied plums and raisins and a slightly bitter finish. Medium-bodied with a slightly watery mouthfeel and high carbonation. A little weird, but good overall.

Bottle from GAManiac. Thanks! Hazy garnet-hued brown pour with copious off-white head. Nose is a mix of yeasty spice and esters, toasted cinnamon buns, tart fruit, caramel, and toffee. Flavor is moderately tart berry and mango with toasted/lightly roasted malt, caramel, and spice. Fairly thin mouthfeel, slightly slick. Residual acidic fruit and toasted malt. Tastes kind of like the second runnings of a dark dubbel. Not bad, just fairly lackluster.

Despite gushing, rapidly disappearing cream-amber head over fully hazy red-amber beer. Rainwater, wet dog, faintly sourish-grassy; faraway meaty esters at the end. Sweetish-sourish, rather balanced. Finish being sweeter, and also, again, meaty. Has also some definite (milk)chocolate streak, faintly vinous. Very carbonated, spritzy MF. Light body (obviously). Interesting, refreshing... but it remains indeed a beer for the match, not one to savour at the hearth.
