The ChrisO small midweek tasting. Hazy amber beer, little pale tan head. Light palate, a little dry. Mild mild sourness and a little citrus. Like the idea but the end product is somewhat insipid and dry.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle, 75cl. A dense, finger-thick off-white head forms over an unclear orange-golden body. The aroma has a light roasted note, with caramel, rye bread and some fruityness. Dried fruits that is. Candy hints too. It’s rather effervescent on the palate, full-bodied and dry, with flavors of caramel, bread and some roasted malts. Lasting finish that could use a shot of bitterness. A tasteful, easy drinkable beer with too much carbonation. 130215
