Draft @ the brewery. Pours a clear amber color with a longlasting off-white head. Has a fruity malty caramel aroma with weak hoppy hints. Has a fruity malty caramel yeasty flavor with weak hoppy hints. Hasa fruity malty grainy finish with hints of caramel.

Bottle, 75cl. A dense, finger-thick off-white head forms over an unclear orange-golden body. The aroma has a light roasted note, with caramel, rye bread and some fruityness. Dried fruits that is. Candy hints too. It’s rather effervescent on the palate, full-bodied and dry, with flavors of caramel, bread and some roasted malts. Lasting finish that could use a shot of bitterness. A tasteful, easy drinkable beer with too much carbonation. 130215
