2/17/13. 750mL bottle thanks to t0rin0. Hazy golden orange pour with a fluffy off-white head that sticks and laces okay. Light citrus with plenty of sweetness and some phenolics in the aroma. Sweet malty flavor with plenty of orange and some phenolic aspects. Surprisingly light and easy drinking for 9%. I was expecting thick and sweet.

Bottle @ Brad’s house Minneapolis, courtesy of daknole (possibly). Pours a bit hazy, whitish yellow appearance with a white head. Quite yeasty, somewhat bready, fairly spicy, lemon grass, orange peel aroma. Tangy, lemon peel, pretty grassy, spicy, wheat malty flavor. Fairly spicy, tangy taste. Surprisingly, this has held up well.

Tasting at Papsø’s Cloudy blond color. Sweetish apricot aroma, some rotten fruits and some vegetables. Overly carbonated and sweetish flavor too, with low bitterness, and some plastic accent. Just one more failed attempt to brew something Belgian, without getting even close; sweet and without character, just booze.

750cl split with my wife. This is a big wit style, perfect for our hot evening. Nose is nice and floral, pours a slightly cloudy dark yellow. Flavors of honey, lemongrass and melon. Nice body, not thin like other Wit style beers seem to be. Another very good beer by the great Bruery.

Bottle. Pours a cloudy straw colored yellow with a fluffy white head. Lots of citrus in the nose, mostly grapefruit. Medium mouthfeel. Pretty sweet, lots of apricot, grapefruit, and honey. It’s ok. Girlfriend said it tasted like "suck".
