3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle sample at Sour&Bitter Copenhagen. Deep golden in the glass, small head. Sour and dry aroma. Starts mild-sourish, gets more and more aggressiv sour. Intense lemon notes. Finish dominated by sour notes. Too intense sour for me, should show more variety.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle shared by a friend at the 3rd Annual Sour Town tasting on 5/26/12. Clear gold pour with no head. Lemony and vinegary sour nose with some funk, oak and malt. Flavor starts with slight sweet malt, but lemony, vinegary and spicy sourness come in quickly and last through to the finish met by slight oak. Very nice.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pour is a cloudy yellow with no barely any head. Aroma is very funky with sour notes galore. This is a very sour beer and that is a good thing, lemony with light tartness, and just glorious.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle, pours a very light, clear yellow with no head at all. Awesome funky aroma of lactic sourness. The taste is sour all the way with citrus notes, particularly lemon. Unlike most sours, its bite hits multiple areas of the taste buds on my tongue, but the tartness is never overwhelming. Easily one of my favorite sours so far.

4.6 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 19/20
I love this beer. It pours hazy yellow with hints of orange. Smells like leather, lemons and with hints of peach or mango. So sour. Its fruity for a split second and is overpowered by lemons and barnyard bret flavors. Yum.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
This poured a semi hazy darker yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of almost straight lemon juice, and light vinegar with some light grain notes as well.. Falvor was fairly tart, just on the verge of being too mouth puckering, but subdued, lemon peel and yeast are there as well.. Just some ever so light funk there too. Pretty nices our from the bruery.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Rated at the 2012 RB Pgh May tasting. Big thanks to Dan Beerman6686 for this beauty! No head. Very sour aroma makes my mouth water. Initial flavors are very nice. Mild and impressive. Well done. Fun and easy and not over the top as far as sours go. Quite enjoyable and yummy. Goes down way too easy. Fine palate. THIS BEER ROCKS! Reminds me in some ways of cantillon brew. Easily the best of the bunch at this tasting!
