750 ml bottle from STLWill - thanks, Will! Pours a cloudy gold color with a huge white head that laces the glass. Notes of pale and sweet and pils and crackery malts, straw, grass, a little booze, and a hint of dried fruit. Medium-bodied, with high carbonation and a crisp, dry, malty, slightly boozy mouthfeel. I liked this a little more than I expected to.

750ml bottle - A huge bottle to drink on a lazy Labor Day afternoon. The beer pours out a cloudy yellow body with a thick, merengue-like white head. Aroma has TONS of soapy/hand lotion like notes with cereal and light lemony hops. Flavor has a high degree of residual sweetness, earthy-wet hops, noticeable alcohol and light oranges. Way, way overpriced at $22 a bottle.

Pours hazy pale yellow with a small white head. The nose is fresh peaches, floral notes, and pastries. The taste is high sweet and low bitter. Texture is crisp and clean, body is light and finish is long. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Hazy orange - amber beer, big fluffy white head head. Crispy palate. Mild creamy malt base - pilsner character. Plenty of fresh orange hops with lesser lemon citrus. A bitterish and semi dry finish. Pushing the limits on the Pils style and all the better for it!

pour is hazy orange amber and deep orange center with a bubbly thin white head leaving a decent lace. Nose is heavy grain with some stale cereal. A cream and citrus behind with a cardboard paper underneath. Taste is the same, paper and cream, grain is faint, light citrus, more zest and notes of coriander. Everything is slightly muted and a bit disintegrated. Body is crisp, grainy, and highly carbonated.

Bomber pours murky light orange with a thick pillow of white head perched on top. Aromas are spice, lemons and grass. Tastes are very rich for a pils, or even an imperial pils. It is probably close the My Antonia by DFH, but this is rounder and more fruity. Very smooth and flavorful and not too heavy on the palate. Very well constructed and and excellent brew from an excellent bruery.

750 ml bottle. Pours a hazy yellow/light golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma had grass, crisp citrus, pale toasted malts and a splash of spices. The flavor had grass, citrus, a hint of banana, lightly toasted malts. Finish had moderate bitterness. This is a strange style and the beer is just OK. Worth trying once and I’m glad I didn’t seek this out.
