Pours a hazy gold with a cloud like two finger head that stays around leaving great lacing. Aroma is funky with an off note, maybe the truffle salt. Taste is great like a funkier gose, salt isn’t as present as in other goses I’ve had. Smooth, and easy to drink Not bad at all, I would have this again

Sample @ the Sour & Bitter event in Copenhagen. Pours hazy golden with a creamy white head that quickly dissipates while leaving some lacing and trace on the glass. Smell is sweet with cereal, overripe lemons, rose pepper, celery, soup stock and dark bread. Taste is sweet and salty with lemon juice, apricots, celery, soup stock, black pepper, rose pepper and hints of hay and allspice. Mouthfeel is quite strange considering the saltiness but it is medium bodied. finish is sweet and salty with bread, celery and rose pepper. Not my cup of tea.
