COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rueuze is our take on the traditional Belgian-style blend of lambics of different ages.  We carefully select a number of oak barrels from our warehouse that have been aging our sour blonde ale. this is one complex beer.  Notes of hay, barnyard funk, apricots, and even olives play wonderfully with the balanced acidity.

Comparable to Boulevard's Love Child #3. Complex sourness with a light body and clean, crisp finish. The color isn't as enchanting, but at least equals all others in every other respect.

2013 vintage found on the bottom shelf of a local liquor store. On sale! Pours a very nice golden amber from a bottle. Aroma of apricot and barn. Flavor is a white balsamic vinegar tart apricot. Very good beer.

Shared bottle at Antenna America 2014 version. Nice tartness, but feels a little thin. Getting there, but maybe lacking the Belgian spark. Enjoyable though.

Bottle shared. 2014 vintage. Pretty impressive stuff, rich fruity balsamic with lingering sourness and some wine quality. Another masterpiece from these guys.

2014 bottle shared at AA. Tons of gooseberry, lemon and grass all over the nose. Some pinot grigio notes. Sour, light, crisp carbonation and refreshing. The perfect summer beer for a rooftop in Yokohama.

Large Format - Light golden color to it with a slight haze. Great tart flavor, barrel aged but I don’t taste any oak which is good. Not a complex beer but I love the flavor. Well balanced tartness, really enjoyed this beer.

Super clean/clear golden with suds of white head. Funky tart aroma. Lemony tart and moderately dry, just a touch of acidity in the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

courtesy of Olivier Vurchio and Valter Loverier - clear golden beer, no foam; funky aroma with notes of barnyard and rhubarb; very sour, subtle carbonation; dry; aftertaste of apples, funky notes and light cheesy, lingering notes of pineapples - clean and very good

Bottle. Golden body with a lively white head. Aroma of apples, peach, barnyard. Taste is mostly sour though it rests on a sweet vanilla and malt character giving it balance. Funky and fresh, lasting tart dryness, this is a great one.
