COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rueuze is our take on the traditional Belgian-style blend of lambics of different ages.  We carefully select a number of oak barrels from our warehouse that have been aging our sour blonde ale. this is one complex beer.  Notes of hay, barnyard funk, apricots, and even olives play wonderfully with the balanced acidity.

Pours a hazy, extremely light yellow color with a white head. Mild apple vinegar on the nose. Moutfheel is nice for the style. They did a great job with the bottle conditioning by avoiding over carbonation. Citrus sweet tart flavor.

Bottle share from Donny... Thanks! Aroma is sour and delicious. Appearance is a bright, murky yellow. The taste is exceptionally sour. Starts almost lemon rind. Turns to the yeasty sour. One of the sourest beers I have ever tried. Palate is way sour and carbonated. Overall, a great sour. Would buy if I ever got the chance.

Bottle @ S&B#2. Pours hazy golden with virtually no head. Aroma is straw, toffee, lemon, smells lactic and sweaty exactly like my sourdough, funk, light malt, wood and apple. Taste is medium sweet and sour/acidic. Body is light+, texture is thin/slick, carbonation is moderate. Finishes quite dry and puckering lemony tart.

From bottle at HOTB. Funky and Bretty and sour. Nice wheaty funk. Very traditional profile. Cloudy golden pale with no head. Medium body with medium carbonation. Tons of Brett and funk, with acid reflux sourness. Delicious and reminiscent of traditional versions. Nice sour gueuze that I would drink a lot of.

This one poured a lightly moruky darker yellow color with a white head. Aroma was of hay, sour apples, and light lemons. Flavor was moderately tart, yet watery, adn bland and grainy. Somelight sour fruits and yeast but not much goingon here.
