Our Spring Saison is light blonde in color with a fresh hoppiness and a wild and rustic Brettanomyces character. Lighter in color and alcohol than our Saison Rue, yet equally complex in its own way. Perfect for warmer weather and Spring celebrations.

It was a genuinely wonderful beer. I think it may be the best American "saison" I’ve had. The head was a little thick compared to the Saisons I’ve had in the past but it gave it a richness that I really liked. The appearance was typically cloudy with just enough sweetness. The finish was refreshing and not overpowering. It’s a very versatile brew. I would definitely bring it to a dinner party if I didn’t know what was being served.

From a bomber to a tulip on Easter Eve 2014. Hazy golden hue with ample fluffy white head. Light Brett funk. Flavor is meadow grass, sage, a little sour and very dry... Pairs extremely well with the Easter feast...

Draft at the Sybarite Pig in Boca Raton, FL. Snifter. Pours a yellowish-light orange with haze. Solid white pillow head that lasted for awhile and laced nicely. The aroma was light and airy with brett, light flowers, light spice and a hint of pepper. The taste was also mild with the brett and other wild yeasts, light flowers and fruits, and a touch of pepper. Very light body and moderate carbonation. Somewhat dry finish. I liked the lightness especially after drinking three or four heavy beers.

Clear with a thin but sticky lace head. I tried really hard to find bold aromas and flavors but just couldn’t. Mild spice and some malt. Light body is refreshing. Finish is brief with a touch of pepper.

A- Pours a golden hue with a thin, wispy, off white head. S- Belgian yeast, fresh baked bread. T- Belgian yeast, undertones of wheat, orange, spice. M- Thin to medium bodied with a decent amount of carbonation. D- While there is nothing objectionable about this beer I found it to lack any distinguishing characteristics that really pulled me in.
