Murky beige with a fluffy head. Yeasty, dusty aroma with spice and maybe a tiny bit of pedio - quite saisony. Funky taste, fruity and spicy. Big yeasty character and a dry, hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Aroma is mild sweet, pepper, some herbal/straw, yeast, light flower. Taste is mild sweet, yeast, pepper, some herbal/straw. Light-medium body, some creaminess, acidity.
