3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Golden in colour with a big effervescent head. Aroma of straw and hessian with some light lemon and orange citrus fruits too. The palate is medium bodied with a firm bitter finish, quite dry and has subtle complexity between the malt, hops and yeast.

2.8 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours hazy gold with a strong 2 finger head and visible effervescence. Aroma is floral orange peel, slight funk, some doughy bread and spicy yeast notes. Taste is spicy lemon peel with a hint of tartness and a long, dry, somewhat astringent finish. Body is very thin but highly carbonated, finishes bone dry. Overall, this beer did not live up to my expectations.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Golden with a huge dense head that leaves impressive lazework on the wine glass used. Sweet mild aroma with notes of fruit and bread, a bit grainy and bready with some mineral and light brett tones. Flavour is more bretty but still starts very clean and sweetish with light fruity notes, some bready and grainy ones followed by a fairly dry finish. Smooth bodied with nice carbonation. Very drinkable but extremely straight forward and clean, a bit too clean for my liking.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours cloudy golden with a huge frothy/rocky white head. Strong fruity/funky aroma. Lots of brett, lemon zest, and pepper on the nose. Flavor is slightly funky with lots of brett overtones. A bit of tropical fruit, plenty of lemon zest, some grassy notes, and a nice peppery finish. Palate is medium, crisp, and spicy.

3.4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottled: unk (guessing 2012, though could be 2011 based on where I found it)
Pours a hazed peach with three fingers of relatively persistent bone white foam. This eventually falls to a central dome and the smells include Co2, lemon zest, peppercorn, hints of yeast and clay, overall a nice clean smell. Flavor is a bit overkill with the brett for me with a slightly chaulky note, then there is the soil and some metallic notes. I like the slightly sweet accent the yeast and grain seem to imbibe and the bitterness that comes along as well, but overall not a huge fan of the flavor. Pretty full bodied with light carb and a semi dry finish. Decent beer, not gonna buy it again though.

Death Metal Sour Fest. Thanks, Naven. Very yeasty and earthy with hints of fruit somewhere along the line. Pretty solid beer. Not much more to add than the other folks as I got the same experience.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
750m bottle @ redlight redlight. Pours with huge billowy head and lacing for days. Nose is floral, spicy with a light bready malt sweetness, touches of funk. Drinks dry, slightly funky brett, light lemon and mellow fruitiness, spicy yeast, and a nice bitter finish. Really well done.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with an off-white head. Aroma is funky and spicy with some nice floral hops. Flavor is bready with some spice, a fair amount of brett and mustiness, and some citrus. Carbonation and mouthfeel are medium.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Hazy pale yellow color with an enormous white head that leaves big chunky lacings.
Smell is fairly one-sided and easy on the nose with notes of wheat crackers, brett, spices and mild lemon-peel.
The flavor is mild and easygoing. Sweet malts (crackers), earthy yeast, very mild brett, spices and tart citric fruits. The body is light and the mouthfeel slightly oily, but the carbonation does a good job leveling this. Ends somewhat dry and mildly bitter.
I guess this one is for those warm summer evenings, as the saying goes. But I like more character and edginess in my saisons.
