"Another fantastic herbal saison from the Bruery. Bright and floral, big nose and flavor, yet very refreshing and slightly dry. Me thinks I love bay leaves in beer, generlaly speaking. Good stuff!

On tap at the brewery. It pours pale yellow with a white head. The aroma is herbal and grassy with some light breadiness. The flavor is full bodied with honey, herbs and fresh bread. Grainy and some mild floral hops in a bitter finish. Good beer.

On tap @ The Bruery. Hazy straw pour with a white head. Nice sage herbal note along with banana, pear, and dry cracker malt. Notes of lemon, pepper, and coriander as well. A touch of thyme. Nice dry and tart flavor. Big thyme, sage, and perhaps some rosemary notes. Banana, tart pear, lemon, and a light malt character. Quite good.
