Full bodied, extremely balanced. Very light brett notes. Pale malts, some spicy rye, light earthy, citrusy hops. Big balanced saison.

Aromas of bubble gum, banana, floral and grassy hops. Hazy pale orange with a lasting bubbly, white head. Off-dry, spicy, farmy, very well balanced. Light-medium bodied, very refreshingly carbonated. With a little more malt prevalence than I’m used to in a saison, this beer has great drinkability, and an awesome balance between malt, hops, and wild yeast.

Tart apple aromas, bready, yeast. Omg so delicious, first sip is tart and juicy. Spicy, rye, dry, sharp, floral, very refreshing.

21.05.2014, 0,75l bottle @ BBGTC tasting:
Big fizzy mediumlasting head. Aroma is loaded with Co2 stinging in the nose, followed by yeast, flowers, dried fruits, hay, spices, light malts, almond cake, caramel. Taste is slightly sweet, sugar, almond cake, spices, grass, hay, flowers, yeast, weeds, citrus, dried fruits, light malts. Medium bitterness, slightly dry harsh mouthfeel. Fair enough, but not really my cup of tea.

Bottle, shared with BBGTC. Pours a hazy light amber body with a huge bubbly off-white head. Nose is peppery rye tones, straw, nougat, caramel and hints of saison yeast, sugary esters and hints of apple cores and toffee. Taste is rye, white pepper, grains, caramel, saison esters and hints of straw and nougat. Medium body, high carbonation. Not bad, very rye-ish in profile but quite enjoyable.

Pours semi clear amber-orange with thick froathy white head and amazing lacing. Aroma: bretts, rye, berries, hops, saison yeast. Taste: fruits, bretts, bubblegum, alcohol, hops. Balance is near perfect. Original brew.

Hell yes. Nighttime rye saison. This is exactly what a rye saison should be. Very rustic coarse grain and raw. Could use a tad more rye. .. but that is just my opinion. An excellent brew.

Bottle from Belmont Station, Portland. Pours a golden amber, lots of off white head. Aroma slight, citrus, not much Brett, coppery notes of funk. Body light and fluffy, but a slight booziness lingers a la most golden ales. Fine, but slightly disappointing compared to some other Bruery stuff.

Drank it with a friend and really don’t remember it very well...remember enjoying it, but not being blown away...was expecting more brett tartness so probably knocked it down unfairly based on what I was hoping for. Still enjoyed it!
