Poures a dull gold with a large, active head. Smells of funk and dry malts, hits the spot by not being too dry and not being too sweet. A lot of stuff going on with this beer. Let it warm up considerably, and take another sip. It’s two different beers.

(bottle, thanks for sharing Tytoanderso!) Pours hazy gold with a fluffy white head that left decent lacing. Right away I smelled canned tomato juice from this beer, but it changed to some orange peel and coriander. The taste is lightly sweet to begin with and includes some light banana flavor, but soon switches to becoming really bitter and spicy on the finish. Light breadiness detected also. Fairly thick mouthfeel, and there is a lot of carbonation to this. Didn’t particularly stand out.

25.4 oz bottle. Cloudy orange with a whipped white head and crazy lacing. Nose is banana, rye and mild lemon zest. Medium light, almost creamy, with fuzzy carb. Taste is yeast, peach pits, parsley, honey and rye. A nice twist on a Saison.

750ml bottle shared by someone. Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a smaller sized off white head. Aromas of yeast, citrus, and some spices. Tastes of citrus, spices, some breadiness, and yeast.

Bottle, 75cl, thx to papsoe. It pours a hazy orange body with a big diminishing off-white head. Citrus, some caramel, a touch of brett and spices in the aroma. Ginger maybe. Sourish flavor with lemonpeel, spices and alcohol. Dry, medium to full body, fizzy and warming. Decent, spicy finish. I like the spicyness in this beer, but else it was quite ordinary. Or rather maybe just not my beer. (080823)

Bottle. The nose is consumed in soapy yeast, along with a large dose of estery creamed banana and orange. Medium tartness, some lactic acidity, minimal, I guess. A mixture of creamed fruit and clove esters in the finish. Somewhat overcarbonated, when it dissolves it turns slightly flabby, but overall there are few complaints.

750ml bottle. A gentile pour yields a murky orange beer with a huge, frothy white head. Aroma does have a touch of pineapply and tart brett. Plenty of dry yeast. Lots of spice... especially as it warms up. Perfume. Bread dough. Some hay and leaf pile. Intense and prickly carbonation. Quite distracting, actually. The rye really comes through on the tongue. Very dry, spicy and soapy. Some lactic-ness on the finish. Mouth filling carbonation. Quite dry with a floral and dishsoap finish. Decent. Thanks Joey!
