750ml bottle from andrew. thanks my friend....quite a muddy orange caramel brown pour with particles floating througout. thick, fluffy white head took a bit to settle down..... aroma of bread, spice, oranges, and a chemical aspect to it.... flavors followed suit. yeasty, citrusy, and a decent amount of spice with a drier finish. finishes a little too sweet for me though.

10/25/08. 750 ml bottle thanks to drewbeerme for this. Pours an orange amber with a beige head. Nose is grainy and malty with a touch of spice and a hairspray. Grain and rye flavors dominate with fresh fruit, lemon, spice, and a grassy bitterness. The brettanomyces are rather muted. I’d like some tart notes but still this is really drinkable and enjoyable.

Draught. High creamy off-white lasting head. Hazy yellow body. Both aroma and flavor indicated a wheatbeer with its fruity coriander notes. Low carbonation. Long aftertaste.

Pours with a large head on top of a murky amber hue. The aroma is of bread, funk - barnyard funk in particular, orange peels. The flavor is very orangey, with some spices in the taste. This beer has a slight bitter alcohol finish. The palate is dry with lively carbonation.

Orange with a large off white head. The aroma is of orange peel, barnyard, and bread. The flavor is bitter and spicy with notes of oranges and bananas. The palate is syrupy. I’m not a fan... I guess its just not my style.

A gusher. Pours with a gigantic, creamy, off-white head and a hazy orangish body. Aroma of barnyard, spices, pepper, orange peel and earthy brett. Taste is breat, crisp, with tons of orange and orange peel. Fizzy and dry mouthfeel.

Bottle. Pours amber with a large, white, frothy head, mostly lasting with good lacing. Aroma is heavy malt (grain, hay, straw), average hops (flowers, perfume), average yeast (horse blanket, barnyard) with notes of spiced pears. Medium bodied, gritty texture, average carbonation, and a bitter finish. Average duration, light sweetness, moderate acidity and bitterness.

G.A.B.F. 2008: Cloudy yellow/golden with a creamy white head. Yeasty fresh aroma. Some apple-ish notes, tart bretty character making it cider-like with mild leather as well. The flavor has some peppery phenolics along with subtle sweet fruity hints of pear. White pepper and other dry yeastiness comes through. Spicy/dry finish. Nice stuff!
