body is orangey-golden and cloudy, head is very tall and creamy like merangue, very light tan/dusty white colored. lots of clingy lacing. lots of fizz up the middle of the body. aroma is white pepper and very citrusy like twisted lemon and tangerine rinds, a little yeast, weak brett, and bready rye malt. mouthfeel is highly carbonated, flavor is tangy dry citrus like dried orange peel, pale and dry bready rye malt, some bitter hop, yeasty earthy dried grassyness/hay. very spicy in the finish like peppercorns. a little citrusy bitter hop aftertaste.

A bit spicy, oaky and taught, but doesn’t give too much and is a tad cloying. Apple pie, pecan and lemon with a whiff of funk. Solid if uninspired.

Poured from a bomber. Cloudy, golden body. Thin white head. Smells of yeasty, malty, clove goodness. Tastes sweet, but not as sweet as a normal saison. Lacing all the way down my pint glass. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Orange yellow pour foamy white head. Aroma of brine, apples, acetic acid. Very sweet taste malt bomb. bretta and rye are present but slight. Sticky and spicy dry on palate. More like a trippel than a saison. alcohol on the end.

TimE (2978) - Tokyo, JAPAN - MAR 28, 2014
Deep golden color. Big bretty hoppy, with rye in the background. The mouth really opens up with fairly aggressive hoppiness, Brett and rye. Not. Very authentic Saison (def American) but still very nice. Not too tart. Funky Brett finish with moderate hoppiness thought not much bitterness. Good.

Pours a hazy amber with a thick head. Nice Bret aroma with a tangy spice taste to match. Hints of rye and clove with a nice sparkly mouth feel.

From Paul. Hazy gold with white head. Musty nose. Horsey musty flavor, crisp and finishes clean. Rye isn’t my style but this works.
