Pours a golden yellow from the bottle, gushed over, with lots of bubbly white head and light lacing. Aroma of brett, lemon, grass, funkiness. Taste is similar, sour and funky, bubbly on the tongue. Pretty damn good.

From Paul. Hazy gold with white head. Musty nose. Horsey musty flavor, crisp and finishes clean. Rye isn’t my style but this works.

Bottle.slightly hazy light amber with large foamy off white head, sugary floral aroma, high carbonation, slightly sweet and spicy taste with a hint of cloves, medium finish with minimal bitterness at the end. Very nice beer for spring, I hope the spring comes soon!

4 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle. Pours bright orangey gold. The aroma is brett funk with a little citrus in the background. The taste follows suit with tangerine. The mouthfeel is the best part. A little spritzy, prickly but sweet and sticky too. High carb that fades fast to a sticky resin feel. Really great brew.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
I was expecting a darker pour with the rye malt but it pours a bright golden amber with a light fluffy white head. The nose is frutiy and funkalicious with big farmhouse notes, pepper and big bretty aromas. A bit reserved int he middle with lgiht toasted toffee and caramel bread notes and a hint of grassy hops works well with the light spices and the tons of farmy funk notes. didnt know this was so booozy until reveiwing it. They hid the 8.5 very well.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Yoav. Hazy dark yellow. Aroma of fruits, some bretty funk and citric and floral spiciness. Sweetish flavor with faint tartness, fruits, malt, rye spiciness, mild funk and a bit of alcohol. Medium-bodied. A bit too heavy, but not bad.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured at tasting. A hazy orange tinged amber. White head and lacing. Aroma is complex, hay, grass, lemon, grain. A little basement. The taste is bright and fresh. Malt, hay and grass. A small funk with the brettanomyces but not a heavy funk. It hit me more as tangy on the tounge in the finish. This will be great as the weather breaks, wonderfully refreshing.

3 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Light funk, moderate rye spice, way too much sweetness for the style. Mouthfeel is too hefty, and the rye spice seems out of place also. Hadn’t had this in years, and wouldn’t revisit again.
