Sep 25, 2008 (Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of bu11zeye. Hazy golden with a lively and very tall head that dissipates without disappearing completely. Spicy aroma with a whiff of ginger. Medium body, extremely overcarbonated with notes of yeast spice and pale malts. Very astringent and bitter finish. No real traces of the Brett. Disappointing. 230808

Aug 6, 2008 22 fl oz bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a lacing white head. Mild yeasty and wheaty spiced aroma. Citric and yeasty base flavour. Smooth though and light yeasty. Nice and light bitter finish. Nice hoppy touch into the finish. Dry and bitter.
