Bottle... Poured foggy, vibrant orange with a white head. Aroma of citrus and yeasty spices. Well carbonated with flavors of esters, fruit (probably from the yeasty characters) and even some hops. A little alcohol in the finish.

Bottle from Blacklick Wine & Spirits. Cloudy orange pour with a big off-white head. Malty and somewhat sweet aroma up front with a nice orange character and a hint of brett. Creamy and bready malt flavor followed by a blast of orange before a creamy and tart finish. Pretty good.

Another impressive and tasty beer from Bruery. Fruity saison that is very drinkable. A bit too carbonated. I didn’t taste the brett.

From a 750mL Bottle. Purchased at Hollingshead Deli. Slightly hazy, burnished gold colored body with a huge head of foamy off-white. Aromas of perfumey yeast, bready malt, and hints of papaya-scented brett. Wisps of confectioner’s sugar and lime. Light bodied, crisply carbonated mouthfeel. This may be borderline over-carbonated, if that’s even possible for saison. Bready malt flavors up front, spiced moderately with rye, sweetened by hints of demerara sugar. Mid-palate, some fruity characters start to build, building in rye spice intensity before finishing with some dry, musty brett. The rye spice transitions smoothly into the bretty finish, creating an interesting flavor combination. The brett presence is rather mild at this stage, so it will be interesting to see what happens in the future. Right now, the flavors are a bit sweet for my tastes, although the body seems nice and light, but the sweetness is still a bit much. Perhaps the brett will help take care of that point in the future. Well crafted beer overall; much better than average for an American brewed saison.

Bottle thanks to Ryan. Very cloudy orange golden pour with tons of head up front that disappears pretty quickly. Lovely apple cider vinegar on the nose with orange peel, coriander, nutmeg, and pumpkin as well. Similar on the palate, but very bitter rye as well. More pumpkin, too, which was surprising. Overly carbonated despite the disappearing head. A bit alcoholic.

Thanks to the Tampa Crew for this one. Pours hazy yellow-orange with a white head. Nose is some brett, orange, citrus, pepper, lots of carbonation, and spice. Flavor is peppery, tart brett, orange/ citrus, and yeast. Nice saison, dry finish, medium body, and lots of carbonation.
