Bottle at ChrisOs ’Blue Ridge Mountains Of Virginia’ tasting. Very hazy pale gold. Lasting thin white head. Rather a beautiful aroma. Touch sour, slight sour funkiness, got yeast just right. Decent hop on finish. Really good.

Bottle, 75cl, thx to papsoe. It pours a hazy orange body with a big diminishing off-white head. Citrus, some caramel, a touch of brett and spices in the aroma. Ginger maybe. Sourish flavor with lemonpeel, spices and alcohol. Dry, medium to full body, fizzy and warming. Decent, spicy finish. I like the spicyness in this beer, but else it was quite ordinary. Or rather maybe just not my beer. (080823)

UPDATED: JUL 2, 2010 8th November 2008. Cloudy gold-amber beer, frothy white head. Flavoursome aromatic sourness and distinct spiciness. Just the right side of being over dry. Strong for a Saison. 22nd May 2010. ChrisOs ’Blue Ridge Mountains Of Virginia’ tasting! (Early hours of the morning rating). Sweet aromatics, good saison flavours. Refreshing. Better than original tasting.
