Lots of white wine on the nose and on the finish. In between, flavors from the rye and the Brett meld together very well - almost indistinguishable from each other.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
A bit spicy, oaky and taught, but doesn’t give too much and is a tad cloying. Apple pie, pecan and lemon with a whiff of funk. Solid if uninspired.

4.1 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Poured from a bomber. Cloudy, golden body. Thin white head. Smells of yeasty, malty, clove goodness. Tastes sweet, but not as sweet as a normal saison. Lacing all the way down my pint glass.

Orange yellow pour foamy white head. Aroma of brine, apples, acetic acid. Very sweet taste malt bomb. bretta and rye are present but slight. Sticky and spicy dry on palate. More like a trippel than a saison. alcohol on the end.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Deep golden color. Big bretty hoppy, with rye in the background. The mouth really opens up with fairly aggressive hoppiness, Brett and rye. Not. Very authentic Saison (def American) but still very nice. Not too tart. Funky Brett finish with moderate hoppiness thought not much bitterness. Good.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer and Beyond shop. Thanks yoav. Cloudy amber with white head. Bretty, fruity, apple, some toffee and pepper aroma, mildly sour but very drinkable - a little alcoholic too. Full body, slightly alcoholic finish. Very good.

From Paul. Hazy gold with white head. Musty nose. Horsey musty flavor, crisp and finishes clean. Rye isn’t my style but this works.
