Nez puissant et fruité. Agrumes, abricot, puis vanille, caramel.

A dark yellow, slightly reddish beer with a big and blond head. Aroma is unique, strongly sweet fruits, fructose, some marshmellows and mandarin, hint of sourness. Taste is rich, fruitness with some darker notes, spicyness of rye, hint of sweet marshmellows. Almost full bodied, strong carbonation, not saison like lightness. Quite unique flavours, good. Sweet and fruity.

Bottle my wife picked up out west. Pours a very active light golden copper, massive white head, leaving lace. Nose is very sweet and fruity, a touch of funk. Tastes sweet, a little bitter, caramel maybe some barrel character and finish that is acidic and tart. Really good.

Aroma is yeast, rye, spices/a hint of heat and malts/grains. The flavor is complex spices, lemons, rye, citrus, malts and a mix of slight heat/alcohol and tart in the finish.

Really cloudy orange pour with an inch of fluffy white head. Strong Scent of lemon, lemongrass, clove a little cracked pepper. Soft carbonation, frothy mouthfeel, clean finish that’s slightly bitter. Taste follows the nose with strong lemon, sour rubbery yeast, clove, cracked pepper, zestuness is muted by a wheat taste. Nice saison with high ABV that’s well hidden, decent saison but not a breathtaking brüery offering.

Pours a hazy amber with a decent sized creamy off white head and tons of lace. Aroma is farmhouse yeast, citrus, orange peel, slight Funk. Flavour is Funk, farmhouse, mildly sweet, mildly bitter, hay, orange peel, and a bunch of fruity notes including grapes.

Pours a hazy golden orange with a frothy and fluffy white head that leaves lots of lacing up the glass. Aroma of funk, farmhouse yeast, brett, fruity esthers and light sweet malts. Taste is farmhouse yeast, funk, light brett, and Belgian yeast spiciness with a nice dry finish. Complex and smooth for a high abv beer... Too easy to drink.

Bottle (75cl): Thanks Hackobock: Split in two: Served in a Chouffe glass at roomtemperature: Medium sized vast creamy white head with a hazy orange body underneath. Aromas of fruits, malts, yeast... Typical Belgian, less typical Saison... Flavours of bitters, malts, yeast, hay, hint of tobacco... Close to the typical belgian style while the nasty bitters and glue stay away but are close with the warmth of this beer. Aftertaste is malty, bitter, warm and yeasty. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied Ok beer. But nothing exciting...

Dba, NOLA: bottle. It pours copper with a small white head. Aroma is brett funk, vinegar, sugar, fruit pie. Taste is slughtly tart and quite funky. The sugar is nice and does not add too much sweetness, but there are notes for sure. The mouhfeel pinches in that tangy way. Quite good chea.
