750 mL bottle from 2013. Pours a somewhat murky golden amber with a white head. Red apple aroma, slightly tart, with some warm cinnamon spice. Apple flavor, again lightly tart, some candied flavor, a little yeast, tartness, brettiness, and again a bit of ginger or cinnamon. Really quite tasty.

Bottle from BevMo in Redwood City, CA. Aroma is fermented fruit cocktail, heavenly spiced-esters, hay yah. Big funky fruits with all the right trappings of a Belgian Yeast Beast. A thing of beauty.

Bottle. Pours cloudy golden orange with very nice long lasting slight cream head. Aroma is first some yeast and rye spices. Then reveals complex fruitiness and funky brett. Some flowery notes and earthy hops. There is red apples and sweet ripe pears. Slight alcohol as i warms. Taste is quite complex! Sweet apples, tart green apples, sweet pear, brett notes, some yeast. Some spicy rye and smooth body. Exotic fruit bowl. Finish is super dry! Has relatively high carbonation. Really well incorporated alcohol, slight present at is warms. Almost dry oak in finish.

Bue en bouteille de 75cl. Nez pamplemousse, ananas. Palais puissant, alcool bien présent, assez complexe. Houblon discret mais intéressant. Ensemble plaisant mais un peu trop fort en alcool et trop acide.

17 month old bottle. Pours a clear amber with off white head. Nose is mild, tart with some funk, white wine, cherry. Taste mild, sweet, caramel, rye, spice, honey grapes, dry finish. No booze detected. Flavour is complex but rather subdued. I was expecting more from this.
