4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is one of those beers where it is very satisfying to drink the entire bomber in the course of an hour or so, since it is gentle, supple, and pleasing - - and by the time you finish it you will have experienced something delightful across different time & flavor-dimensional spaces (not to mention the inevitable changing states of intoxicating consciousness). It is all prairie flowers & warm breezes, and it becomes more and more intriguing complex.

4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
An aroma of pear, bubblegum, cherry, starfruit, mildly sweet banana, and sourness. A golden-coppery color with nice lacing and thin fizz on the top. Tastes of sweet belgian banana yeast, mild hop bitterness, plum and mild crisp but sour apple. The palate is my favorite part of this beer, fizzy but not stingy-almost creamy fizz, but the viscosity is not at all syrupy; this is a perfect palate-i wish I could rate palate higher. Overall, a great beer, I hope I can get this again!

Bottle. Amber (real, sap amber color). Minimal fuzz on top. Great rich mouthfeel while still easy-drinking. Sugary nose? Great saison--good elements of yeasty funk paired with pear, light citrus, and banana esters. Rye only comes on the end a bit, on the back of the tongue.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle 750 ml bought at Redstone Liquor Store (Stoneham, Ma). Pours semi clear amber-orange with thick froathy white head and amazing lacing. Aroma: bretts, rye, berries, hops, saison yeast. Taste: fruits, bretts, bubblegum, alcohol, hops. Balance is near perfect. This is some amzing saison! Right on style, but with its originality.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Has a very strong aroma, smells more like a quadruple than a saison to me. Tastes kind of like a cross between a saison and quadruple, lots of heavy fruit.

3.5 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bomber bottle. At the condo in Orlando. Golden yellow color with a big frothy two finger head. Spicy aroma of Belgium yeast, pepper, orange. Complex flavors. Good head retention. Above average carbonation. Almost too much. A tad barnyard or clovy. Not bad, but not sure I would go out of my way to find it.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
8.5% part of the 3000 yen tasting set at CBB. Nice opaque honey yellow with a thick white head. Sour, spicy with a bit of biscuit/graham notes - it smells like a good saison! Full bodied, sweet, surprisingly some velvety caramel notes, a bit of tartness, some spicy hints & barnyard in the earthy finish. Delicious.

4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Courtesy of ElGaucho, drinking for Pats MNF! Amazing aroma with tart notes and some breadiness. Aroma is better than the taste but it is very nice. Not super sour but works nice with the saison yeast. Palate is average, but beer is very solid.

750. Wonderful funky aroma. Murky orange. Effervescent mouthfeel. Alcohol is evident. Crisp, fresh and refreshing. Wonderful.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
style entre Saison et Belgian ale. Couleur or, un peu trouble.

3.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Little to no aroma. Light sour front of tongue. In general easy to drink with lasting head. In general boring.
