4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
This is one of those beers where it is very satisfying to drink the entire bomber in the course of an hour or so, since it is gentle, supple, and pleasing - - and by the time you finish it you will have experienced something delightful across different time & flavor-dimensional spaces (not to mention the inevitable changing states of intoxicating consciousness). It is all prairie flowers & warm breezes, and it becomes more and more intriguing complex.

4.4 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
A simple but delicious beer. A light feeling throughout that belies the high alcohol, which didn’t really hit until I finished the whole bottle. Beautiful beer during the intense rainstorm.

4.6 AROMA 10/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bomber. Attractive hazy golden orange body with pillowy white head. Active legs. Wonderful aroma of farmyard funk, horse blanket, classic saison qualities. Flavor mimics the aroma. Rye is subtle but it enhances the beer. Excellent and one of the best beers I’ve tried in a while.

Aroma: very sour and funky; Appearance: light straw, clear with large white head that dissipates slowly; lots of lacing; Taste: also much lighter taste than aroma; not a ton of flavor; Palate: medium light body with short finish; Overall: would like flavor to follow nose more closely. Pretty good.
