Refreshing citrusy aroma. The flavour is citrus, bread and a little spicy. I would have expected more rye flavour. Very balanced but maybe a little plain and boring.

Pours cloudy amber with thick fluffy white head. Aroma is vinous, chardonnay, with a slight grassy note and dark sugar. Mouthfeel is really smooth, lovely carbonation, really pleasant. Flavors arenít what I was expecting, dark dried fruits with lighter grape notes, changing into a rather dry finish thatís slightly bready. Quite an interesting brew and Iím looking forward to tasting more Bruery bottles.

SlackerMads (1707) - Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 25, 2014
Bottle. Hazy light brown with a medium sized white head. Too much clover, man. Perfumy, white pepper, grain, rye, warming alcohol, juniper, forest. The brett is downtoned, some very light barnyard. Medium body, medium sweet and light/medium bitter. Dry and spicy finish. Ok, but that clover is just too much.

Bought at The Village Market, Lompoc, CA. A lot going on here. Unfiltered saison with a slight mealtimes. Very drinkable beer. I would definitely drink it again.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with a white lasting creamy head that leaves some lacing. Weak aroma of basement funkiness, clove and yeast. Medium body, oily texture, medium sour taste, and a lightly bitter and astringent finish.

Bottle poured into two tulip glasses I was expecting a little more. There was nothing super interesting about it. But it is definitely a well balanced saison.

Bottle. Golden in color. Decent carbonation. Tastes slightly of wood, spices, and farmhouse funk. Rye malt is nice. Well balanced

Cloudy orange beer with a ridiculously foamy off-white head that sets up in peaks and will likely spill over your glass if you do not pour carefully. Light, but fragrant nose of sour yeast, citrus, and pungent spice. Flavor is much more pronounced with bright sour lemon, undertones of earthy rye, and delicate spices and herbs on top, like white pepper and coriander. Crisply carbonated, this is a refreshing saison with lots of flavor.

Bottle, shared at Thanksgiving dinner with guests. Hazy orange-gold, lively white head. Pleasant yeasty character, light fruit esters, restrained funk. Iím impressed that the Bruery managed to keep this free from any sour character! Quite a nice saison.
