Tap at the Bruery. Pours a hazy golden with a medium bubbly/creamy white head. Aroma of great saison fruity and lightly spicy yeast profile. Also getting some bready and citrus notes. Some
of the rye and oats coming through. Flavor of the same great saison character. The various grains coming through a bit more in the flavor. Nice and dry. Well done crisp,
refreshing and flavorful saison.

(fest rating) Draft @ Boonville Beer Fest. Pours a hazy, effervescent, whitish-straw color; fine-bubbled white head with solid retention and lacing; attractive beer. Lots of mineral and herbal bitterness (touches of grapefruit, even); some creamy toasty grains play out well behind it; zesty, hop-driven nose with some touches of honey and vanilla. Medium body (or less); high carbonation, moderate acidity; slightly creamy and non-astringent; lively, zesty herbal and grassy hop character; following the nose, solid amounts of toasty grains and vanilla and honey; certainly saison-like, beautifully dry and lightly peppery (and lighter bodied), with a load of herbal and mineral bitterness; great, great stuff. Refreshing and well-made. When The Bruery nails their attenuation... Lasting, toasty finish, showing a complexity of grains and lasting touches of citrus bitterness.

Very good light saison. I’m a big fan of lower abv saisons, and this is a very nice example. The beer pours a yellow gold with a big white head. The aroma is mostly bright, clean malt with some vegetal and earthy notes. It’s fairly mild, but that’s no surprise in a saison of this size. The taste has a great grain flavor. All of the different grain notes blend nicely together to a pleasant, refreshing beer. It’s mildly sweet for a saison. The light yet creamy mouthfeel is the most striking aspect of the beer. It’s full and lush, particularly for the abv. Excellent beer.

Subtle sweet aroma, light golden body with thin head. Subtle bubble gum flavor due to the sweet yeast, very dry finish and slightly bitter aftertaste

Served from tap into a tulip. Pours a clear golden yellow with a one finger pure white head. Maintains decent lacing throughout. The aroma was comprised of fruit, malt, and grain. The flavor was of fruit, grain, citrus, and an earthy note. It was light on the palate with high carbonation. Overall this was a nice saison. The last few I have had I didn’t really enjoy that much due to some of the harsher flavors they impart. This one however was nice and subtle and allowed me to enjoy it without the harsh aftertaste of most I have had. Worth trying if you get the opportunity for sure.

Poured a cloudy yellow with two finger white froathy head. The taste was very grassy and hard to pick out an individual grain. I thought it was very nicely done and the other folks i was with thought it was a great summer beer.
