1 June 2014, tap at the Bruery. Yellow, clear, some bubbles. Nose is lime and grass. Thin body and fizzy. Line and something earthy or like tree bark. Ok.

3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap @ The Bruery. Clear golden pour with a white head. Nose is quite catty. Lots of new world Sauvignon blanc, melon, lime, lemongrass, and bread. Hints of sulfur. Slightly sweet on the palate. Nice citric character of lemongrass and lime. Lemon peel, melon, catty Sauvignon blanc, and bitter pine. Pretty good stuff.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap at The Bruery, first day out. I’m a big Humulus Lager fan so I had to come by for this. Tastes like a well-made hoppy lager, naturally. I’m getting the pine and lime as advertised, though the hop seems a bit on the subtle side. Enjoyable.
