COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian-style wheat ale that was brewed with orange juice and then aged for a short time in our sour barrels, giving it a slight, refreshing tartness.

Tap at the Bruery. Clear light yellow pour with white foam. Aroma is dry wheat and light tart with some orange. Taste is a bit disorganized with clean, dry wheat up front with some grainy tartness and orange. Very light, almost watery, mouthfeel. Odd little beer but a nice variant on the style.

Pours hazy pale yellow with a thin white head. Nose is fresh rain, straw, lemon, light vinegar with some yeasty grainy elements. Taste is a good balance of sweet, tart and bitter. Mouthfeel is crisp and clean, light body and a long finish.

Draft at Bruery Provisions. Pours a hazy gold with thin white head. Big citrusy nose, mild barn funk, lemon and spice. Taste is straight orange juice up front then lots of yeast - witbier yeast funk some horse blanket. Mildly tart.

I really liked this. Bright orange juice character in the aroma and the taste. Almost lemonade like but with a radler type twist. Very crisp and refreshing. Not uber beery but the orangest tasting witbier that I have had.

4 nov 2012, tap at the Bruery. Very pale yellow, faintly hazy, no bubbles. Nose is soft coriander, wheat malt, very soft sour notes, faintest spearmint. Thin body and lightly fizzy. Spearmint and lemon juice. Interesting. Refreshing. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very turbid golden orange with a white head. Strong orange aroma, almost like fresh orange juice and peels. Some mild grass, a light wood note, slight citric tartness, and some sweet wheat bread. Nice orange juice and peel flavor. Some sweet wheat bread, mild wood, and a hint of citric sourness. A mild grass note, some yeast, and a hint of coriander.
