Our Sour Blonde Carbonated through the addition of Pop Rocks. One off.

Tap at The Bruery Reserve Party. Hazy yellow with floaters (pop rocks I assume). I’ve never had Pop Rock so hard to say what their contribution was. Nice lactic sourness with fruit flavors.

A cloudy pinkish sort of color with some pop rocks floating in it. Really a bit more sugary than I expected. Pretty sweet up front, but the finish is sour and lemony. Some weird kind of blueberry and raspberry notes, too. The flavor is sweet up front with candy/sugar, followed by a fruity sourness and lemon. Not sure what flavor pop rocks were used, but tastes kind of like a mix of strawberry and blue raspberry? Really just strange. I liked it, but it wasn’t amazing either.
