COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Sour in the Rye with coconut and pineapple added. This brew shows off some intense tropical notes that should be perfect for the upcoming heat wave.

Growler. Orange pour with a white head. The aroma is awesome. I get some great pineapple, coconut, orange and biscuit malt notes. The flavor is just as good. There is some very juicy pineapple character as well as some coconut. There is a decent amount of tartness in the flavor as well. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. Great beer.

Sour smell with maybe slight pineapple. Taste is lactic, citric, and slight acetic. You get pineapple juice flavor in there but I couldn’t taste the coconut.

Clear apricot colored pour from a growler. I get the SitR flavor and a lot of pineapple. The coconut is a bit muted. Pretty tasty overall.

Poured from growler to tulip. Hazy orange hue with thick white head that dissipated to a ring. Aroma is pineapple, lactic, spicy, coconut, oranges, cereal. Mouthfeel is fantastic with a medium body and zesty carbonation. Taste is sweet throughout with a wonderful sourness that extends through the finish. Overall this is an amazing beer that is reminiscent of a sour piña colada. I could drink this all day.

Pour is hazy with an orangish pink color. Aroma is tropical fruity and tart. Taste is pineapple tart and lemon sourness with a definite coconut finish. Pretty damn tasty.
