3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 17/20
Poured a dark brown from the bottle with aromas of cherries, cocoa, oak, light funk, some light dark fruit and some brett. Flavors are the same a mix of all the aromas, not overly sour, decent beer overall.

750mL bottle pours a dark brown/black with a large tan head. Aroma of caramel, oak, cherries, and melloe balanced brett. Sour cherries, mellow yet sour brett, not overly tart, vinous barrel presence. An easy drinking dark sour, well enjoyed!!

4.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle as shown. Pours a dark amber with beige head leaving spotty lacing along the glass. The aroma is funk and sour fruit. Medium mouthfeel with a sour fruit and light maltiness with nice tart finish. A very good sour from the Bruery.

Bottle from Capone’s.. Best name for a beer possible.. Pour is the darkest purple ive ever seen.. almost black with a thick off white head and moderate lacing.. Aroma is sour.. with a heavy grape scent.. Taste is tart right off the bat.. grape, cherry, pluot.. with a delicious long tart finish..Mouthfeel is light.. makes me salivate..Easy to savor.. a really creative dark sour that I just love.. one of the most productive beer days i’ve ever had.

Drunk with Dom and Dan. Pours like a thin stout. Dark. And tart. How appropriate. Sour and wild. Totally delicious. More please.

The Bish’s birthday present from Cotteridge Wines. Wow. Quite exceptionally good. The sourness is so full and intense, but perfectly balanced. Almost seems a shame to swallow it - I just wish it could live on my tongue forever. Good colour and scent also. One of the best ever.

4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
It looked like a stout but there the similarities ended really. Sour and wild it was, and very very good. The name tells you all you need to know. Super.
