Tap. Well, tried this briefly before discovering the coconut (allergy). Bubbly gold. Lingering head. Almost sparkling wine like body. Tastes of strong candi sugar with subtle thai curry note on end. Coconut flavor mildly present. Damn immune system!

An aroma of banana, yellow curry, coconut flesh, some bubblegum, and a hint of mint and anise. Appears clear gold with thin white foam and some lace. Tastes sweet up front of cane sugar, followed by a bitter curry flavor. Palate is a bit watery. Overall, good.

On tap. Apricot colored in glass. Nose is generic spiced wheat beer. Taste layers in coriander and spice. Candy and herbs. Not enjoyed.

On Cask @ The Bruery. Hazed orange pour with a small white head. Smells of ginger, lemongrass, basil, and curry powder. A hint of coconut milk, some grass, sugar, and a touch of tropical fruit. Curry and basil dominate the flavor. Mild sweetness of coconut milk and fruit. Some bread, white pepper, and a mild lemongrass tartness. Spicy ginger, some pepper, and a bit of cumin. Not bad.
