Review done up a tree in my backyard. Looks like a belgian beer. Taste like a beer....... Belgian beer. My foot hurts after breaking through a board on my chair that I used to climb this tree. Donít taste any of the rice or basil. Good beer nothing more to say. Now how do I get out of tree.

600 yen for 120 ml, bottle at Hanshin Seed Event. Slightly opaque gold with a thick creamy off-white head. Yogurt, fruity, spicy Belgian yeast aroma. Wow, soft round spritzy carbonation & full mouthfeel. Tasty fruity, banana, yoghurt, a bit sour & tart. I liked it & was surprised to hear it was 8%!

Sitting 10ft up a giant tree seemed like a great idea until super sized brads foot destroyed his chair/ladder. Its pretty thick, lots of angles, a bit rough around the edges, leafy, but a bit sparce at the bottom. No woody smell. But it has some youngness amiss the senior side. Musky spicy attempt to get where we are. But enough about the tree - decent almost unadventuous beer.

750ml bottle. Cooper color with thin white head. Apple juice aroma. Taste is a little peppery and sweet. Unique taste. Not bad, but there are better triplels.

Medium head. Average body. Mild nose. Very well made triple. Rice gives it a lighter, less sweet body. Balances very well with the yeast. Mild hint of basil. Well made, easygoing style, yet satisfying. I think a bit of lemongrass and ginger could spice it up a bit to live up more to its name. Great brew though..

Spain just lost and Iím drinking good beer. Viva! Haha. Pours cloudy orange with OK head and lacing. Coriander and some light basil. Finishes with light sweetness. Some booze. Well done and basil is just present enough to add an interesting twist to the style. Tap at Bruery event at Scion.
