Clear gold pour, no head. Aroma of grapes and lots of Chardonnay, taste is also very similar. Tasty and beautiful.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Review from notes, bottle shared with most of the tasters choice crew and a few others a couple of years back at Matt’s in Haverhill. Lightly hazy golden color funky vinous grape aroma and flavor. solid puckering. Faint carbonation hinders this a bit. Decent sour, I wish I had another bottle to see it develop.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
My final rating from Sucréversary 2014, but not the least important. I agree that this does not taste like "beer". It has ALL the characteristics of a Chardonnay. Buttery mouthfeel, vanilla, white stone fruits, and grapes. Only oddity is the light carbonation and slight sourness. Unique and important.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle. Slightly hazy, yellow pour. Nearly still with minimal carbonation and no head. Heavy chardonnay in the aroma with light tart. Taste follows the aroma with a bit more tart and light funk. Relatively clean mouthfeel for the ABV. Nice wine-like beer.

4.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle thanks to Elliot. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with paperthin white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is oak, grapes, and funk. Thin mouthfeel with strong wine grape and oak with light sour finish. Held up very well, really enjoyed this one.

4.1 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Pours a fairly clear golden color. Very tart, acidic and barnyardy aroma. Intense acidic sour in the flavor, light fruity citrusy type character, juicy, puckering, light.

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle thanks to andrewface. Nose of tartness. Some cheese initially. Some wine notes. Grapey. Taste not overly tart after the first sip. But still there. While not harsh. This one is gooooooood. Some acetic burn late in the finish. One of the good sours. Very tasty

2.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 8/20
In short: Tart white grapes and more tart white grapes. Barely a beer. Not my thing.
How: Bottle 750ml, consumed when many months of age. Probably sent to me by someone, can’t remember who.
The look: Cloudy pale blonde body topped by a short-lived small white head.
In long: Nose is intensely white grapes with some barnyard and vinegary notes. In mouth the beer has a somewhat lifeless mouthfeel with a juicy texture and a soft carbonation. Taste is as simplistic as the aroma. Very low on the malt front (especially for a 9% beer) and no hops presence whatsoever. This beer is all about tart white grapes and then more tart white grapes. Also some oak and vinegary notes. Not an easy to drink beer, this is truly a slow sipper. Classified as a Sour/Wild ale but to me this was more like a Fruit Beer, this beer is all about the white grapes. I wonder when people renew their Bruery Reserve Society membership, and more importantly why.

2.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20
Bottle via trade with Eric, served in my Duvel snifter: Pours a hazy golden hue with not much head nor lace, like a slightly carbonated lambic. The aroma is heavy with vinegar, oak, white grapes, barnyard funk and biscuity grains. There is sadly a noticeable acetic/acetone/medicinal note on both the nose and palate that detracts. The taste is expectedly soured and lightly fruity with a moderately tannic finish. The mouth feel is more akin to a heavier bodied wine than beer. It was nice to have try this but I honestly had enough after half a bottle, the nail polish like overtones are just too much.
