Bottle. Hazy pale yellow with no head. Aroma is acetone, petrol, grapes, chardonnay, oak. Taste is medium sour and sweet. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Dry light sour finish with a bit of sweetness in the back.

hazy golden color. Flat, no head. Very very sour nose with lemon juice, oak and a bit of chard. The mouth isn’t nearly as tart as the nose.
The finish changes many different directions with a interesting saltiness in the end. Chard character also pops up more in the finish. Great depth. Lots of oak and chard in the mouth.

A - Clear golden-orange with a thin layer of bubbly head. Fades quickly.
S - Sweet wheat, oak, chardonnay, peach, green apple, and other tart green fruits, lemon zest and some other acidity, some funky yeasts, and a hint of booze.
T - Sweet wheat, sharp sourness, chardonnay, oak, vanilla, green apple, peach, and other tart green fruits, lemon zest, funky yeasts, lactic acid, and a bit of booze.
M - Medium bodied with moderate carbonation. Smooth with a tart, sour, and warming finish.
D - Nice wild ale. Good tart and sourness and good overall balance.

Botella. Hazy yellow colour, small bubbly white head. Pleasant sour fruity citric aroma with grapes. Good mouthfeel. Sour fruity grape citric pleasant flavour. Nice sour finish, fruity citric.

Bottle thanks to ericandersnavy. Poured a clear golden yellow with no head. Taste of sour patch kids, cherries, funk, grapes, and oak. Extremely tart on the palate. No doubt this is a sour.

citrus, golden, hazy, minimal head, heavily sour, average carbonation, this is a beer wich reminds me of oak aged chardonnays from burgundy, very special, a good beer with high acidity.

Grumlig vattnig ljusgul i färgen nästan inget skum. Doftar brett, vinöst, gröna druvor, medicin. Smakar härligt syrligt, söt citron, surt godis, vinöst, brett. Avslutas torrt och surt med fruktiga inslag.

Bottled, 75 cl. Hazy yellow with a svery mall white head. Tart Bretty nose of apple-vinegar and funk. Medium body, low carbonation. Aroma is grapey sour-sweet, albeit leading heavingly to the sour side with notes of old school hairspray. Very sour finish.
