4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Didn’t quite deliver what I expected. When The Bruery says hoppy, I’m thinking HOPPY. When they say funky...well, you get the idea. This was lightly both, and a wonderful saision, just not as hoppy or funky as I thought. Yet another great addition to their lineup.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Growler shared by errl and bu11zeye. Golden pour with a white head. The aroma has some yeast, brett and orange notes. The flavor is similar. I get a lot of brett notes up front with the addition of some white pepper, light orange peel, juicy peaches, biscuit malt and Belgian yeast. Medium mouthfeel and low carbonation. A great beer, thanks for brewing it Andrew.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at the Bruery. Nice tribute for Walt, although I never met him. It pours a super cloudy light yellow color. The aroma is herbal and spicy with some funk and bread. The flavor is the same with solid funk and a bitter finish. Pretty nice stuff.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Tap at the Bruery. Pours a translucent bright yellow with medium head with nice retention. Aromas of leafy hops, pineapple, juicy citrus, tropical flowers. The palate is medium dry, but without the paper that plagues so many beers of this style. Flavors of lemon, orange pith, mango, light funk, and faint lime leaf. Nicely refreshing.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
On tap @ The Bruery. Slightly hazed golden orange pour with a big white head. Nice citrus zest on the nose. Very floral hops, light banana, and some pale malts. Slight pepper and chalk. A bit of yeast as well. Flavor is nicely dry. Lots of citrus, flowers, and a touch of tropical fruit. A hint of banana, some chalk, white pepper, and mild lemongrass tartness. Nicely done.
