taken from notes - 750 ml bottle at Sloshfest 2012. Pours hazy light golden with firm head. Nose of vanilla, oak, malt and bourbon (and lots of it) - one gets really enough of it rather quickly. Full bodied with tangerine, malty and sweet flavours.

Pours a slightly hazy blondish orange color with a two finger white foam. Aromas are sweet nougart, blondie brownie, vanilla cake and boozy bourbon. The palate follows suit with a rich round mouthfeel that is all dessert with a shot of booze on the end. Rich sweet decadent flavors that match the nose bit there is a slight disjointed feeling as the beer falls towards the finish... overall a fun beer to try and share with a group.

Pouring at the Night of the Barrels at Extreme Beer Fest. Pours a hazed golden amber with a thin white head. Loads of vanilla, sweet toffee. Tastes like vanilla. More than most vanilla beers do. Smooth with some warming long vanilla into the finish. Tastes a bit like vanilla brownies. Tasty enough I guess, but definitely not for me. Couldn’t bring myself to finish my sample, which worked out well for a couple people behind me on line, as the bottles kicked before they got any.

Sampled at a bottleshare, last bit in the bottle. Mildly hazy white color. Kind of a dirty tan with the sediment. Minimal white head. Nice vanilla cake aroma. Some chocolate. Very unique, never had anything like this. Bigger body. Smooth, very light carbonation. Kind of a creamy sweet taste. Alcohol not bad for 14%. Very interesting stuff.. I’ve just always preferred bitter dark chocolate to white. Gotta love the creativity, though
