4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 10/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
Bottle shared by madbeerbaron. Thanks ben. First off, this bottle was harder to open than the punch tops on miller cans. We were considering breaking out the chainsaw. But, totally worth it. This beer was like a waffle cone dipped in white chocolate. Holy sweetness batman. Im glad there was a decent crew at this tasting otherwise this beer would have gone to waste. Plan on splitting this at least 3 ways. Regardless, i want moar!

Great beer. Didn't realize it was a Barleywine until it was poured. So malty and white chocolatey. Unbelievable. Insane flavors. Love The Bruery and their amazing ales.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Pours a hazy gold with a white head and lacing. It has a nice aroma of bourbon, vanilla, and some wheat and malt. The flavor is rich malt and bourbon up front with a sweet vanilla and chocolate finish over a heavy body.

3.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Bottle shared by alexsdad06 pours hazy light orange. Nose barrel funk, then white chocolate if I think about it. Taste some tart up front, not sure that is supposed to be there, then smoother malt and some of the white chocolate flavor. Some mild fruit flavor as well. Mid palate some barrel. Minimal bitterness on the finish. Nice mouth feel.

Tap at the bruery, 2014. Aroma is sweet booze and oak. Taste is velvety smooth sweet malt and bourbon, well done even though I despise white chocolate
