It’s a beer for which we’ve blended that Cuvee Juene with our Zinbier, a Belgian blonde fermented with almost 1000 lbs of zinfandel grapes. It’s approximately 7.5% ABV

On tap at the Bruery....Aaahhh. What a white zinfandel wine should taste like. Fruity, tart. Nice sour zing. Dry finish. Easy to drink. Excellent. Crazy creative. I’ve been getting bored with all of these LA raisin beers. Now this is better use of grapes in beers. Kick A.

Tap at the Bruery. Pours a pinkish red color with small head. Nicely carbonated. Tastes of tart fruits, cherry and light malt. Finishes slightly dry with a nice funkyness. Great beer.

[Growler] shared by STLWill (the one in the picture actually). Pours a peachy pink with a diminishing soapy white head. Aroma is mildly grapey, buttery again, and a touch of lactic tartness. Flavor is very light and crisp, lots of zinfandel character, a touch of butter, and plenty of sweetness lingering.

Tap at the Blue Palms in Hollywood. Poured a crystal clear orange with almost no head what so ever. Aroma is sour fruit, yeasty funk, with some white grape skin in the mix. Flavor is very nice! Sour crisp zinfandel grape, some yeasty oaky funkiness in the finish. This is a very nice creation, I sure wish they would consider bottling this one.

Tap @ Belmont Station... Poured cloudy orange with a white head. Spiced, dry aroma. Flavors were high in acidity with a tangy fruit character and a honey, herbal sweetness. Really dry with strong vinegar too. Buttery, shortbread-like malts and apple fruits in the finish.

3rd rating ofr this brew, on tap at the Bruery today. My 131st Sour Ale rating. Pours orange with a bright white ring. Nose is sweet and tart and super interesting, and vinous. Taste is sweet and tart and smooth and damn yummy. I like this beer.

growler - thanks to brandon for this one; cloudy light orange; definitely has a zing to the nose with fruity and floral mix of wine, grapes and sour fruit; mildly sharp at first but this one really grew on me; fuzzy texture the refreshing fruit, oranges, grapes and perfect level of lacto sourness; wheat and lemons with sweet, fruit finish; delightful and made more interesting as it was sampled next to toronado 20th

cloudy ruby-red grapefruit juice color. Whispy white top. Somewhat stale & hoppy fruity nose with strawberries, peaches, and some cardboard too. Clean, fruity sourness, some berry, some peach, some bacterial infections and sourness all over. I dig it.
