Aroma is great grapefruit/citrus/pine hops (cascade, later lemon zest/Amarillo shows up), some sweetness. Taste is great grapefruit/citrus/pine hops (cascade, later lemon zest/Amarillo shows up), some sweetness, secondary medium malt. Finish is bitter pine/resiny. The flavor was a hop and malt mix. Very tasty. Fresh hop notes. Semi-sweet finish with a medium body. kp (6000), Woodstock, Georgia, USA Oct 21, 2007 Date: 10/12/2007

xmarcnolanx (574), Kirkwood, Missouri, USA Oct 13, 2007 This is a fantastic IPA. Huge amounts of Hallertau and simcoe hops in the aroma and the taste. Taste is sweet, carameled candied hops with a nice back bone. Very good DIPA. TrevorFloyd (309), Connecticut, USA Aug 3, 2007 On tap at Cambridge House. A bit disappointed that it only comes in the 10 oz, but it’s big enough to warrant the small size. A fantastic IIPA, loaded with some strong hop flavors of citrus and pine, with lots of bite, but balanced nicely with some subtly sweet malt notes. Big, robust, bombastic, everything an IIPA should be, but balanced enough to be easily drinkable.
