Single Hop Series.
The Bravo hop was used exclusively for pear in the nose. Pleasantly bitter.

Draught in Granby: This one pours a fairly clear golden color with a hint of orange. It has a thin but fairly dense off white head that leaves just a bit of lacing. It has an interesting nose. I get a bit of the pear, but it seams a bit sour. Faint malts, with a hint of earthiness and biscuit. The taste is good. It is a bit bitter and dry. I get a bit of the pear. Some malts, but no sweetness. Hint of the biscuit. I’ll have another.
