3.1 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 14/20
Noticeably soapy in flavor and aroma. Aroma consisted of flowers, vanilla, lavender. Flavor is quite unique, but undoubtedly unenjoyable. Flavor consists of vanilla and lavender with a little belgian funk. I am all for expirementing with low alcohol and A for effort however this beer sort of tastes and smells like an airfreshner

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
Draught @ Granby: This one arrived with a small white head on it that didn’t linger long. It was a cloudy, straw yellow color. The aroma had a predominant note of clove. There was also some wheat, coriander, pepper and citrus. The taste was slightly sweet. Clove, citrus wheat and some spices predominate. Surprisingly a large amount of flavor for something with a lower ABV. Steve’s experience at Allagash shows. A very nice Belgian.
